The goal for NSBE MAP is to Connect a pipeline to retain African American engineering talent in Milwaukee and Build a brand of the signature programs that exposes Milwaukee to African Americans in STEM. We encourage our members to explore our programs and stay engaged.
The Collegiate Initiative is a series of programs in which MAP NSBE Professional members host workshops and activities to increase the interaction between the NSBE Professionals and collegiate members in the greater Milwaukee Area.

PROFESSIONAL PARTNERS IN THE CLASSROOM
The Professional Partners In the Classroom (PPIC) Program serves as an instrument for developing dynamic relationships between Professionals in the STEM fields and students at the 9-12th Grade Levels at Bradly Tech High School.
Our goal is to provide visibility to the numerous opportunities that exist within STEM-related careers and inspire students to pursue careers in the STEM field, thus increasing the talent pool here in Milwaukee.
